 Hey everybody. Happy holidays! As you no doubt understand, Xmas time can be crazy, super busy, lots of orders, slowed down postal service, suppliers on vacation or way too busy themselves, it all adds up to much potential for delay. So while we're doing our very best, please be patient, and realize some delays are out of our control, but the things we can control, we will to the best of our ability.[*] We're defnitely getting down to the wire, at least in terms of mailorder and shipping. In a nutshell, this close to Christmas, here's what we're looking at:Folks placing mailorders, and hoping to get their orders BEFORE Christmas, will most likely at this point have to spring for expedited shipping. Post list (as of today, December 15th), there's always a bit of a backlog, so even if we have everything you ordered in stock from list #281, it still might take a couple days to get it in the post. Since Monday is the 17th, a mere 8 days before Christmas, with a weekend in there too, it seems like regular shipping won't get you your package until on, or right after Christmas. So if you do need it quicker than that, let us know and we will do our very best. Overseas folks, it might be too late for you, but we're of course willing to try, it might end up being a little pricey though. Just let us know and we'll do what we can. [*] For already placed orders, please realize, that obviously, as Christmas draws nearer and nearer, the more hectic everything will get. And thus the harder it will be to get special ordered items in. As you probably already know, the nature of our store, is that many of the releases we carry, are limited, and or difficult to restock, we get a lot of items direct from artists, tiny labels, other countries, many of whom are slow, flaky, on holiday, have other jobs, etc. So as the big day gets ever closer, it might make sense to have your partially complete order shipped. Better to get some or most items in time, and as of right now, that will probably mean expedited, and thus slightly more expensive shipping.So if you decide you want your order to ship, let us know right away, and if you need it sent extra fast let us know that too, and again, as the next few days pass and the big day is right around the corner, barring next day or 2 day shipping, we'll assume you're okay with getting your order after Xmas.
